I created ARCSTELA ✦ to offer a softer place for remembrance—warm, unhurried support, a few meaningful pieces, and a personal star to hold what words cannot. After more than fifteen years with one dog and three cats, I came to understand how deeply we love them, and how much tenderness we need when it is time to say goodbye.

ARCSTELA ✦ is an independently owned and operated, curated pet memorial brand. We do not manufacture every product ourselves. We select the collection, present verified product information, coordinate personalization, and inspect each physical order before international handoff.

The estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is 5–10 business days, including preparation and transit. For personalized physical orders, the estimate begins after we receive complete personalization details. Tracking is provided when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

We currently serve the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and supported European destinations. Applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance charges are prepaid by ARCSTELA through Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) delivery. Available destinations and the final shipping charge are confirmed before payment.

Cancellation requests are supported within one hour of purchase. We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns, while applicable statutory rights for standard, non-personalized goods remain unaffected. Personalized, made-to-order, and completed digital memorials have different limits.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. For verified shipping damage, defects, or an incorrect item, our care team will arrange a complimentary replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.

Choose a meaningful date and place, select a star, add a pet name and memorial words, then choose either Celestial Sphere or Star Field. The completed digital memorial is delivered as a high-resolution PNG and PDF within 48 hours and never requires shipping.
