Depending on how you interact with ARCSTELA, information may include your name, email, delivery details, order and payment status, product choices, personalization text, photographs you submit, and Memory Star details such as date, place, pet name, message, selected star, and artwork settings.

We use information to answer enquiries, process and support orders, coordinate personalization, deliver physical and digital products, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the customer experience. We do not place customer memorial information into public website content without permission.

Shopify and its payment, checkout, hosting, shipping, communication, and fraud-prevention services may process information needed to operate the store. Specialist suppliers and delivery partners receive only the information reasonably required to prepare or deliver an order. Their own privacy terms may also apply.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, customer care, record keeping, dispute handling, legal compliance, and the secure delivery of personalized files. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact hello@arcstela.com. We may need to retain limited records where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
