The terms that apply when browsing ARCSTELA, submitting personalization, and purchasing through Shopify.

Products and information
We aim to present product images, materials, dimensions, capacity, personalization options, preparation estimates, and delivery information as accurately as possible. Natural, handmade-style, textured, screen, and production variations may occur. The product and variant information shown at Shopify checkout is the final purchase record.

Orders and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Shopify handles the final cart, discounts, destination, taxes, duties, shipping, payment authorization, and order confirmation. An order may be declined or cancelled where payment fails, a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Customer-supplied content
You are responsible for checking names, dates, messages, selected options, and submitted images before confirming an order. You must have the right to use any photograph or content you submit. We may contact you when information is incomplete or unsuitable for the selected product.

Timing and delivery
Preparation and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays outside reasonable control may occur. The shipping, cancellation, return, replacement, refund, privacy, and digital-delivery terms on this website form part of these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law in your country or region, the mandatory rule applies to that extent.
